For insurance partners

Building a vetted Florida contractor panel for your policyholders

Insurance partners want vetted contractors, agreed pricing, and a warranty. We are building that panel county by county, checking every contractor's own state license, so an insurance partner can point a family to help the same day.

What insurance partners ask for — and how we meet it

Licensed and insured
Every partner holds a current state licence, general liability, and workers' comp before they take a job.
One price book
Repairs are priced from the standard local line-item list for that county — no bidding back and forth.
Five-year workmanship warranty
Partners stand behind their own work, and we keep the record of who did what.
Measured on results
Cycle time, supplement rate, and customer satisfaction are tracked per partner, per county.

Every contractor on our panel is checked against these standards before any work is assigned.

Our Florida county pricing

All 67 Florida counties are grouped into seven markets. Each county carries its own price list version and a coastal cost adjustment, so a roof in the Keys is not priced like a roof in Ocala. Margins are agreed per county and per trade before any work starts.

How a partner signs up

1

Apply

A contractor or nonprofit signs up and tells us their counties, trades, and equipment.

2

Get vetted

We check licence, insurance, and references, then approve them for named counties.

3

Agree the margin

We sign one agreement: county list, trade categories, overhead and profit, minimum job value.

4

Take assignments

When a claim lands in their county, they already know the price and the rules.
